This site is run by Kirkland Gold, the owners of the Eby–Otto property, at kirklandgold.com. It describes a mineral property that is open to an investor. Nothing on it is an offer to sell, or a request to buy, any security or interest in the property. Any agreement will be made only in a signed document between the parties.
No mineral resource
No mineral resource or mineral reserve has been defined on the Eby–Otto property, and no technical report under National Instrument 43-101 has been written for it. Nothing on this site implies that one exists or will be found.
Historical and selective data
- Most results are historical. They come from Ontario assessment reports and the other sources named beside them, and have not been verified by a Qualified Person for this site.
- Grab and chip samples are selected by hand. They are selective and may not represent the mineralization on the property.
- Maps, survey positions and digitised drawings are approximate. Where a position is uncertain the site says so.
- Targets and interpretations are a rule of thumb for planning, not a drill recommendation.
- Results on neighbouring and nearby properties – including mines on the Kirkland Lake break – do not show what this property contains. Information about other companies comes from their own public releases, as named.
